Return & Refund

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped.

If your order has been successfully canceled, our customer service will notify you.

If the order is canceled you will get a full refund.

We cannot cancel the order if the product has been already shipped out. You will need to wait to receive your order and then send it back to our return address to obtain a refund.


Returns (if applicable)
We accept the return of products by mail. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days for a refund (exceptions below may apply).

· If 14 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

· To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

· We do not refund items sent to an incorrect address given by the customer. Please make sure that the address you provide is accurate.

· Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

· Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

Tips: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). However, the previously paid shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.



Refunds (if applicable)
How to complete your return:

1. Email us at support@jarlids.net with your receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.

Tips: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund and the funds will be displayed in your Paypal account within 72 hours.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jarlids.net

Refunds for the returned items will be processed in 1-3 business days after we receive your package. During high-peak seasons like Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 1 week may be needed to process your refunds.


Sale items and discounted orders (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items and orders placed with a discount code cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if the products themselves are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@jarlids.net. Claims about defective products can only be made 7 days after receiving your order.

Tips: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
