Suspension Trainer Mode:You can use the nonelastic straps to perform exercises by just using your bodyweight, or replace the suspension straps with CoreSlings resistance bands to add resistance to your training.
Or even add more challenge to your workout, using one nonelastic strap on one side and resistance band(s) on the other side at the same time to perform combo training. The combo training introduces more muscle groups into one workout movement, making your workout challenging but efficient and fun.
This CoreSlings combo training is only available with the CoreSlings design, it could bring your workout to a new level than just body weight exercise straps and resistance trainers on their own.
